Located on the ground floor, it has a separate entrance and an exclusive courtyard shaded by a centuries-old oak tree. Its south-east exposure allows natural light into the spacious living room for a considerable part of the day.
The apartment is composed of a large living room with fireplace, a traditional Tuscan kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a “French” bed (140x200cm) and two generously sized bathrooms. It can accommodate up to six people, also using the double sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen has been handmade by local craftsmen using fine wood and a single block of Carrara marble for the sink, which matches the colour of the wall unit and adds a typically warm atmosphere to the living space. The ceilings feature traditional 19th century wooden beams and the walls have original bricks, recently recovered through careful restoration work.
